The answer in plain English
The servicing relationship can change when a manager appoints or migrates a registrar. An old screenshot therefore needs a date. CAMS’s verified support directory includes fund-house-specific channels, including HDFC Mutual Fund and ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund; use the live official list rather than extrapolating the full universe from familiar names.
What to check
- Open the CAMS official investor page or its fund-house support list.
- Match the full AMC/scheme name, not only an app’s shortened display label.
- If a holding is missing, check registered PAN/email and whether it is demat or statement-of-account format.
- Use MFCentral or the appointed alternative RTA when the fund is outside the portal’s own coverage.
A useful comparison
| What you need | Where to start | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| CAMS-serviced scheme support | Official CAMS fund-house support list | The current appointed registrar |
| Consolidated service view | Official MFCentral gateway | Identity, scope and holding format |
| Other RTA’s folio | That appointed RTA’s portal | Correct investor registration details |
Make the distinction clear
Worked situation: a scheme visible in the AMC statement but absent from one servicing app is not proof that the money disappeared. Check the app’s coverage, the account identifiers and the holding format before assuming a transaction failed. Never send PANs, statements or OTPs to an unverified “support” address. MF Analyser’s role remains public scheme research, not registrar account access.
One final question before acting
Does the figure or document match the exact scheme, plan, option, period and purpose in your question? Keep the source date with the answer. For a real transaction or personal decision, the current scheme documents and your own records take priority over a saved educational example.
