What happens if something goes wrong — can I get a refund, and how do I get a problem fixed?

Written by MF Analyser · last checked 3 October 2026

Write to support@investverdict.com. It is acknowledged within 48 hours and aimed to be resolved within 7 working days. A duplicate charge, or a payment where the plan never activated, is refunded in full. Cancel within 7 days without using a paid feature and you are refunded in full.

Why there are no testimonials on this page

You will not find five-star quotes, a satisfaction percentage or a "trusted by 50,000 investors" counter anywhere on this site. There were some once and they were taken down, because they were not measured — and a number nobody measured is just a sentence that looks like a number.

Praise a company writes about itself is worth nothing. What is worth something is a commitment with a deadline attached, published, dated, and escalatable past the person who made it. That is what this page is.

The Grievance Officer is appointed under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 — a statutory route, not a customer-service inbox with a nicer name. Support hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST.

Refunds, stated plainly

SituationWhat happens
Charged twice for the same periodThe duplicate is refunded in full
Payment went through but the plan never activatedRefunded in full, or activated — whichever you prefer
You cancel within 7 days and have not used a paid featureRefunded in full
You cancel after using paid featuresNo refund for the current period; it does not renew
The service is unavailable for a long period through our faultYour plan is extended, or that portion refunded

An approved refund goes back to the original payment method within 7 working days; your bank may take a few more. You can cancel at any time from your account or by email — cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the period you have already paid for intact.

"A figure looks wrong" is a complaint we want

It is listed on the grievance page as its own category, alongside payments and data. That is deliberate. Every number here is arithmetic on public AMFI data and carries its window and as-of date precisely so that you can check it and tell us when it is wrong.

It has been wrong before. This site once computed the same return in three places from three caches and they drifted apart, so a fund showed one 5-year figure on its own page and a different one in the rankings. A reader noticing that is how it got fixed. There is now one source for every measure. If you find two figures on this site that disagree, that is a bug and we would rather hear it than not.

What we commit to on pricing

Satisfaction on a paid product is mostly about not being charged in ways you did not expect, so these are rules in the code, not promises in a paragraph:

  • Reading your CAS is free, always. You see what you hold before you pay for anything.
  • Moving up a level costs the difference plus ₹5, never the full price again. You are not charged twice for the half you already own.
  • A saved report can be re-run without limit at no further charge, and cannot be deleted — a report you paid for stays yours.
  • Prices are decided on the server, not in your browser, so what you are quoted is what is charged.

Payments and data

Payments are collected through Cashfree, a licensed Indian payment gateway. Card and bank details are entered on the gateway and never touch this site. Billing appears under the registered name RAJDEVAM CROCERY, which is the entity that operates MF Analyser — so that is the name on your card statement, and it is not a mistake.

An uploaded statement is read to produce your analysis. Portfolios are scoped to the account that uploaded them; an adviser sees their own clients and nobody else's. We do not sell data, and nothing on this site earns a commission on what you choose to invest in.

The honest limit

MF Analyser is a research tool, not an adviser. It is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. If your complaint is that a fund you found here performed badly, we cannot help with that and nobody honest could have promised otherwise — the site shows measurements of the past and never a forecast. What we are accountable for is that the measurements are right, the method is published, and the billing is fair.

Also asked

Are there customer reviews or ratings of MF Analyser?

We do not publish testimonials, star ratings or user counts on our own site — self-reported praise is unverifiable and ours were removed for that reason. Judge the service on its published refund terms, its grievance route and whether its stated method checks out.

How quickly will someone reply?

Support acknowledges within 48 hours and aims to resolve within 7 working days. The Grievance Officer acknowledges within 24 hours and must dispose of a complaint within 15 days.

Can I get a refund after using a paid report?

Not for the current period, once a paid feature has been used — the report has been delivered. A duplicate charge, or a payment where the plan never activated, is refunded in full regardless.

Is it safe to pay on MF Analyser?

Payments go through Cashfree, a licensed Indian gateway; card details are entered there and never reach this site. The charge appears as RAJDEVAM CROCERY, the registered entity that operates MF Analyser.
