This policy explains what MF Analyser collects when you use mfanalyser.com, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet the Information Technology Act 2000 and the rules under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
1. Who is responsible
MF Analyser is operated by InvestVerdict, a brand owned and operated by RAJDEVAM CROCERY (owner: Dev Goyal, GSTIN 09DKTPG0066C1Z6), registered at 307, Shri Ji Garden Heights, Goverdhan Road, Bakalpur, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh 281004, India. 3. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to fund houses, not to anyone.
We do not use your data to make automated decisions that have a legal effect on you, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.
4. Who else sees it
- Our hosting and database providers, because the site runs on them. They process data on our instructions only.
- The payment gateway, for a payment you make. It receives only what a payment needs.
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google, and only to verify that sign-in.
- A lawful authority, where we are legally required to produce it.
5. How long we keep it
Account data stays while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer disputes and meet record-keeping duties. Analytics data is kept in aggregate. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
6. Your rights
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Correct anything wrong.
- Ask us to erase your account and its data.
- Withdraw a consent you gave, at any time.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you cannot.
Write to support@investverdict.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, our Grievance Officer is the next step.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage to keep you signed in, to remember which columns you chose, and to count the free minutes a visitor without an account gets each day. You can clear it from your browser at any time; the site still works, it just forgets your preferences.
8. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to the database is restricted by row-level rules so one account cannot read another's data. No system is perfect, and we will tell affected users and the authorities if a breach occurs that is likely to cause harm.
9. Children
The site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page and, where the change affects you directly, by email.
