Your portfolio.
Understood.
Then followed.

A statement tells you what you hold. MF Analyser connects that picture to what your funds own, what changes each month, and the decisions you want to review.

For individual investors, families and advisors. Your portfolio stays in your signed-in workspace.

A PICTURE. THEN A PRACTICE.

Analysis is your starting point.
Pulse keeps the review going.

These tools work together, but they answer different questions. Start by understanding the holdings and transactions you have. Then keep reviewing the evidence as new data arrives.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Portfolio Analysis

“What does my portfolio look like today?”

Bring a supported CAS into a structured portfolio review. See your investments together, inspect allocation and concentration, and examine return and risk figures with their calculation basis.

  • Start with your recorded holdings and transactions.
  • Explore deeper look-through at the report level you choose.
  • Review missing history before relying on a return figure.
  • Keep a clear starting point for the next conversation.

02 / FOLLOW THROUGH

Portfolio Pulse

“What has changed, and what needs my attention?”

Connect a saved portfolio to a private review workspace. Follow monthly underlying holdings, compare possible changes, track confirmed activity and preserve the reasoning behind a decision.

  • Inspect fund changes over 1, 2 and 3 months.
  • Explore overlap and hypothetical rebalance scenarios.
  • Choose your own alert rules and email preference.
  • Save comparisons and download a client-ready report.

Choose a question to see what you can investigate. The examples below explain the tools; they are not investment recommendations or results from a customer account.

VALUE, GAINS & RETURNS

Understand the number
before judging the result.

A portfolio can sit above its remaining cost while losing value over a more recent period. Both can be true. Pulse separates those questions instead of making one impressive number stand in for everything.

  • Current value and recorded cost: what the held units are worth against their supported cost basis.
  • Cash-flow return: how the timing of recorded payments and receipts affects the result.
  • Period movement: a clearly dated window, with its assumptions.

If cash-flow history needs reconciliation, a folio worklist shows what needs review. Missing evidence is not silently invented.

MONTHLY EQUITY CHANGES

Your units can stay the same.
The companies underneath can change.

Compare accepted month-end disclosures to inspect new and absent holdings, stock-weight changes, sector direction and comparable disclosed quantities. Look across one, two or three months when the necessary filings are available.

  • Identify the funds with larger disclosed stock-weight shifts.
  • See which underlying exposures rose or fell across your selected portfolio.
  • Separate comparable observations from incomplete source coverage.

Weight changes can reflect prices, flows and trading. Monthly snapshots do not reveal every trade or prove manager skill.

LOOK-THROUGH DIVERSIFICATION

More fund names.
How many different exposures?

Two schemes can hold many of the same companies. Pulse combines the disclosed holdings to show where repetition sits, how fund pairs overlap, and how much of your selected portfolio the analysis actually covers.

  • Inspect the largest underlying company and sector exposures.
  • Read fund-pair overlap alongside the whole portfolio view.
  • Preview a trim or removal scenario and inspect the exposure changes.

A low-change scenario is not a recommendation to sell. Costs, non-equity holdings, missing look-through and personal suitability still matter.

COMPARISONS BEFORE COMMITMENT

Explore the consequences
before making the change.

Compare peers on the available aligned metrics, inspect allocation presets, and save a rebalance proposal. In Decision Lab, capture a current mix against an alternative with the same starting money and assumed contributions.

  • Start from the current mix, an equal-weight alternative or a supported cap.
  • Review a saved proposal without executing an order.
  • Keep the assumptions for a later comparison instead of relying on memory.

Peer samples are dated and coverage-dependent. Hypothetical comparisons do not decide which fund is suitable for you.

YOUR RULES, YOUR ATTENTION

Choose what deserves
a place in your next review.

Set conditions that matter to you: larger monthly fund changes, concentrated fund-house exposure, stale NAV marks, missing disclosures or SIP payments awaiting confirmation. Review them in your private inbox.

  • Pick the investor, thresholds and check schedule.
  • Use cooldown and snooze controls to limit repetition.
  • Opt in separately for email updates to your own account address.

Rules and automatic checks must be enabled. An expected SIP is not treated as an executed investment.

THE DEPTH BEHIND THE OVERVIEW

A review that reaches
below the fund name.

Start with a plain-English summary. Open the underlying figures when you need to check the reasoning. Data availability and the selected report or workspace access determine what can be shown.

01 / YOUR MONEY

Holdings & cash flows

Review funds, folios, recorded units and dated values. Add confirmed transactions separately from your original CAS and use the cash-flow worklist to resolve incomplete return history.

02 / THE RISK

Returns with context

Read available historical volatility, drawdown and correlations alongside their dates and scope. A current-mix historical illustration is clearly separated from your actual investor return.

03 / THE COMPANIES

Underlying exposure

Look through accepted disclosures to company and sector exposure. Fund-house and fund-category allocations remain distinct from the assets the underlying schemes actually own.

04 / THE MOVEMENT

Fund behaviour

Compare stock-weight redistribution, additions and absences, top-holding continuity and comparable quantity changes over available monthly intervals. Read observations, not an invented manager rating.

05 / THE ALTERNATIVES

Peers & rebalance plans

Explore available same-category peers and ranked metrics. Start with supported allocation presets, inspect a proposed mix and save a review plan before deciding whether to act elsewhere.

06 / THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Tax & exit-date review

Work through acquisition-lot and classification evidence. Where usable, inspect holding-period estimates and recorded lock-in dates; confirm scheme terms before relying on an exit-load estimate.

07 / THE ROUTINE

SIPs & confirmations

Register a running SIP schedule, track expected instalments and reconcile actual payments with confirmed transactions. An overdue confirmation remains a review item rather than a guessed purchase.

08 / THE RECORD

Exports & review history

Download a report for the selected investor, export relevant CSV evidence and return to saved proposals. Source dates and review worklists travel with the explanation.

DECISION LAB / THE REVIEW AFTER THE REVIEW

Don’t just change a mix.
Remember why you considered it.

It is easy to think, “I should have switched that fund.” It is harder to remember the alternative you actually considered, the date, the cash-flow assumptions and the evidence you had then.

Decision Lab gives that comparison a dated record. Save a current mix against an alternative, keep the opening assumptions, and return to the same question when a forward checkpoint matures.

Checkpoints need a matured window and valid source data. Model outcomes are hypothetical.

Two kinds of evidence, kept distinct. Fund-mix comparisons use dated scheme NAVs. Forward stock and frozen-basket outcomes additionally require consistent adjusted stock prices; an automatic security-price feed is not connected. Monthly disclosure changes do not establish manager trading profit.
THE TAKEAWAY SHOULD BE CLEAR

A useful conversation.
A report you can keep.

Choose the depth the moment needs. Pulse reports use the selected client and investor scope, with readable charts, source dates and the evidence needed to interpret the figures.

Master portfolio report

The complete review: overview, allocation, return evidence, risk illustrations, overlap, monthly changes, peers, tax readiness, SIPs, alerts and saved plans. Evidence appendices keep the selected folios, holdings and transactions available for deeper checking.

For the full picture

Four-page Client snapshot

A shorter conversation starter: the main portfolio figures, allocation, historical risk illustration and practical review points. Use it when a client or family member needs the essentials without the full evidence appendix.

For a focused conversation

Monthly changes report

Focus on the new evidence: sector shifts, available one-, two- and three-month fund comparisons, disclosed fund behaviour and larger stock-exposure changes, with the dates that make the comparison meaningful.

For the next portfolio review

Cover illustrations above are design previews. Your actual report reflects your selected workspace and available data. No customer statement or report is publicly displayed here.

TWO WAYS TO USE THE SAME EVIDENCE

Your own money.
Or a client’s next review.

INDIVIDUAL / PREMIUM EXPERIENCE

Be more involved.
Without living in spreadsheets.

For investors who want to understand their portfolio beyond a balance or fund rating. Use the review to ask better questions and keep your own record of the answers.

  • Bring multiple mutual fund holdings into one review.
  • Find repeated company and fund-house exposure.
  • Follow what changed inside the funds you hold.
  • Choose alerts and inspect a proposed allocation.
  • Keep a report for your family or your advisor.

Worth considering when: you want a repeatable review process and expect to return as new data arrives.

ADVISOR / CLIENT REVIEW WORKFLOW

Make every review
easier to explain.

For advisors and distributors reviewing saved client portfolios. Keep the chosen client and investor scope clear, move from evidence to a discussion, and leave the client with something readable.

  • Switch between saved clients within your account.
  • Explain overlap and concentration in portfolio terms.
  • Compare available peers and proposed mixes.
  • Keep a dated record of a comparison’s assumptions.
  • Download the right depth of report for the meeting.

Worth considering when: you repeat the same analysis for clients and want more consistent explanations and records.

WHY PAY FOR A DEEPER WORKFLOW?

Buy a better review process.
Keep the decision yours.

The value is not a promise of a better-performing fund. It is less manual gathering, more context around the numbers and a clearer record of what you reviewed.

01

Bring scattered checks together

Holdings, underlying exposures, monthly changes, comparisons and reports connect to the same selected portfolio. Spend the review explaining the evidence instead of collecting it from separate sheets.

02

Review changes repeatedly

A one-off statement becomes more useful when you can return to fresh NAV marks and monthly filings, inspect the changes and use chosen alerts to identify a review item.

03

Keep the reasoning available

Saved comparison dates, explicit assumptions and downloadable evidence make a later review more concrete. You can revisit the question you actually asked, rather than a version reconstructed after the result.

DETAILS THAT MAKE THE VIEW MORE USEFUL

Dates. Coverage. Assumptions.
In the explanation.

A date beside the evidence

NAV marks, monthly disclosures and decision observations have different dates. Pulse preserves that distinction. A filing observed today is not backdated into a claim that you knew it earlier.

A boundary around the result

Missing filings, incomplete cash flows and unsupported tax classifications are review items. When the evidence does not support a complete result, the platform shows the gap.

A private client workspace

Client and investor selection control the scope of private analysis and exports. Your statement data is not part of this public product page, and report generation does not send your portfolio to an external PDF service.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Before your first review.

The practical details about data, calculations, access and what the tools can do.

What is MF Analyser Portfolio Analysis?

Portfolio Analysis helps you bring mutual fund investments from a supported Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) into one review. It connects your holdings and recorded transactions with allocation, return and risk analysis, and deeper look-through where source data is available. Report access depends on the level you choose.

What does Portfolio Pulse add?

Portfolio Pulse is an ongoing private workspace connected to your saved portfolio. It adds monthly fund-disclosure comparisons, overlap analysis, peer comparisons, rebalance scenarios, SIP tracking, configurable alerts, reports and a dated Decision Lab. It helps you review changes after your initial analysis.

What makes the connected workflow distinctive?

It links three jobs: understand your own portfolio, follow changes inside its funds, and preserve the assumptions behind a comparison for later review. Monthly disclosures, source dates, coverage and saved decision dates stay visible. This describes the product approach; it is not a claim that no other provider has similar features.

Can I compare changes over one, two and three months?

Yes, when the relevant accepted monthly disclosures are available. Pulse compares disclosed stock and sector exposure across the selected month-end snapshots. Missing or incomplete sources are identified. A change in weight alone does not prove that a fund manager bought or sold a security.

Does owning more funds always mean better diversification?

No. Different funds can own many of the same companies. Pulse combines disclosed underlying holdings, shows shared exposures and compares fund pairs. It also offers hypothetical trim or removal scenarios, so you can inspect what changes before making a decision. These are research scenarios, not buy or sell recommendations.

Is the return shown my actual investment return?

The basis is labelled. Investor cash-flow return needs complete, reconciled transaction evidence. A current-unit NAV move and a historical fixed-mix illustration answer different questions and are shown separately. Short since-statement periods are shown as period returns rather than prominently annualising a few weeks of performance. Missing history is flagged for review.

Will new purchases, redemptions and SIPs appear automatically?

Pulse can refresh connected NAV and monthly disclosure data. That does not import new bank, demat or mutual fund transactions. Add confirmed purchases and redemptions, and reconcile SIP payments, to keep the private portfolio current. A registered SIP schedule alone is not evidence that money was invested.

How do alerts and email updates work?

Choose your investor, create or enable alert rules, and turn on automatic checks. Available conditions include monthly fund movement, unchanged comparable disclosures, fund-house concentration, stale NAV marks, missing monthly filings and SIP confirmations that are due. Email updates require a separate opt-in to your own account address. Delivery also depends on the receiving mail service; SMS and WhatsApp delivery are not currently connected.

What can Decision Lab compare?

Save a current mix against an equal-weight mix, a per-scheme cap or a saved rebalance allocation. Both models use the same opening money and assumed contributions. The journal preserves the date and assumptions for later 30, 90 and 180-day checkpoints, subject to valid NAV coverage. The results are hypothetical model outcomes, not the return earned in your investment account.

Are stock-level manager outcomes available automatically?

Monthly disclosed stock changes can be recorded now. Forward stock-outcome and old-versus-new basket calculations additionally need a matured observation window and consistently adjusted security-price evidence. An automatic stock-price feed is not connected. Fund holdings alone cannot establish manager trading profit or investment skill.

What can I download?

The Pulse report centre provides a Master portfolio report, a four-page Client snapshot and a Monthly changes report. The Master brings the selected investor scope, analysis, source dates, review items and evidence appendices together. Relevant sections also provide CSV or private evidence exports. Availability follows the data in your selected workspace.

Is Portfolio Pulse included in Pro or Advisor?

Research subscriptions, one-off portfolio reports and Pulse tracking access are separate access paths today. The pricing page lists current research plans and report levels. Pulse access is currently managed through your account by MF Analyser; purchasing a research plan alone should not be taken as confirmation that Pulse is included. Contact the team to confirm your tracking access before paying for it.

Can an advisor use it for client reviews?

Yes. An advisor can work with saved clients under their account, select the relevant client or investor, compare schemes and scenarios, and download a report for discussion. Advisor research tools and limits are listed on the pricing page. Client consent, suitability review and professional obligations remain the advisor’s responsibility.

Can the platform place trades or guarantee better returns?

No. Analysis, model comparisons and rebalance proposals do not execute transactions. The tools help you understand and review evidence. They do not promise higher returns, provide a personalised suitability decision or replace professional investment and tax advice.
