312 live schemes across 80 distinct funds, as listed in AMFI's daily NAV file. One fund normally appears as several schemes — Direct and Regular plans, and Growth and IDCW options — each with its own scheme code and its own NAV.

Because a plan and an option make a separate scheme. The Direct and Regular plans hold an identical portfolio but charge differently, so their NAVs diverge over time; the Growth and IDCW options differ in whether gains are paid out. Each combination has its own scheme code, which is why each gets its own page here.

Direct, if you invest without an intermediary. It is the same portfolio without the distributor commission, so the expense ratio is lower and the NAV compounds ahead of the Regular plan of the identical fund — for as long as you hold it.
