How can I track my SIPs and get alerts about changes in my mutual fund portfolio?
In Portfolio Pulse you register each running SIP, record confirmed transactions, and choose the alert rules that matter to you — large monthly fund changes, fund-house concentration, stale NAVs, missing filings or SIP payments awaiting confirmation. Alerts land in a private inbox, with optional email to your own address.
SIPs and transactions
- Register a running SIP — amount, date and scheme — and Pulse tracks the expected instalments.
- Add confirmed transactions separately from your original statement, so new purchases and redemptions show up.
- Reconcile — an expected instalment stays a review item until a confirmed transaction matches it. An overdue SIP is never treated as a purchase that happened.
Alerts you choose
| Condition | You set |
|---|---|
| Large monthly change inside a fund | Your threshold |
| Concentrated fund-house exposure | Your limit |
| Stale NAV mark | How old is too old |
| Missing monthly filing | Your review date |
| SIP confirmation due | Your schedule |
Cooldown and snooze controls stop the same alert repeating. Email is a separate opt-in and goes only to your own account address. Automatic checks run on the schedule you enable.
Questions this page answers
All of these are the same question wearing different words, so they share one page rather than a thin page each.
- Which app tracks my mutual fund SIPs?
- How do I get alerts on my mutual fund portfolio?
- Can I set alerts when my mutual fund changes its holdings?
- How do I track SIP instalments and missed payments?
- Is there a mutual fund SIP tracker in India?
Also asked
Will my new SIP instalments appear automatically?
Pulse expects them from the SIP schedule you register, but an instalment counts only once a confirmed transaction is recorded. It never assumes a payment went through.
Can I turn email alerts off?
Yes. Email is a separate opt-in; alerts always appear in your private in-app inbox regardless.
How often are alerts checked?
On the schedule you enable in settings. Rules are only checked once you switch automatic checks on.
Can I snooze an alert?
Yes. Each alert has snooze and cooldown controls so the same condition does not keep repeating.
Can Pulse tell me when a fund’s monthly filing is missing?
Yes. A missing-filing rule flags a fund whose month-end portfolio has not arrived by the review date you set.
Can I track SIPs for more than one family member?
Yes. Pulse works on the investor you select inside a saved portfolio, so each person’s SIPs, transactions and alerts stay separate.
Where do I see all my alerts together?
In the private alert inbox inside Pulse, next to the list of rules you have saved.
