Questions behind this topic

How can I check whether my mutual fund holds an affected company?

Use the scheme’s latest disclosed portfolio and check the security name or ISIN, its percentage weight and the disclosure date. You can then examine company and sector exposure through the linked research pages. A missing or older disclosure should not be interpreted as proof of zero exposure.

Does a market announcement affect every mutual fund equally?

No. Fund mandates, security weights, sectors, market-cap exposure and investment instruments differ. The same event can help one business and pressure another. Establish what a fund owns before translating an announcement into an assumed effect on its return or a reason to change allocation.
